I take a creative and individual approach to every client I work with, and view the practice of counseling as sacred work. My passion is to help others develop healthier, more functional lives, heal through loss and change, and ultimately grow with confidence into the person they want to become.
Training
My graduate degree is from Pacifica Graduate Institute, (2008), where I received my Master of Arts in Counseling, with an emphasis on Depth Psychology. I have pursued post graduate training in grief therapy, Sandtray Therapy and SoulCollage®. Professionally, I have worked as a counselor at Hospice of SLO, Wilshire Hospice, Community Counseling Center of SLO, and in private practice.
