I take a creative, individualized approach to therapy. My passion is helping people develop healthier lives, heal from loss and change, and grow with confidence — working with children, teens, and adults throughout San Luis Obispo County, Los Osos, Morro Bay, and the Central Coast.

I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling with an emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, with post-graduate training in Grief Counseling, Sandtray Therapy, and SoulCollage®. I've worked at Hospice of SLO, Wilshire Hospice, Community Counseling Center of SLO, and in private practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

I offer In-person therapy in Los Osos and Telehealth via Zoom throughout California.
